LPN Education and Certification in Idaho
To work as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in Idaho you need to be licensed by the Idaho Board of Nursing. To do this, you will need to earn your LPN degree and pass the NCLEX-PN exam.
To qualify for a license in Idaho you will also need to be CPR certified and submit a copy of your LPN school transcript to the state. There is an $85 application fee for an LPN license in Idaho.
Your Idaho LPN license will need to be renewed every two years. Unlike many other states, license renewal in Idaho does not include continuing education courses.
