LPN Education and Certification in Oregon
In the state of Oregon, you must obtain a license before you can begin working as a licensed practical nurse (LPN). To do this, you will need to earn your LPN degree and pass the NCLEX-PN exam. After you have graduated you need to be CPR certified.
When you apply for a license with the Oregon Board of Nursing, you will pay an $85 fee and provide a copy of your transcript from LPN school.
In Oregon you are required to renew your LPN license every two years.
